So too, the words might be said about the regular case dispositions by our county/state judiciary system. Following are three weeks’ worth of cases that have been disposed of in the Union County courts. They include everything from traffic to trucking/transportation to criminal cases to fishing without a license.

There are a lot of cases listed here, as I noted above. One of the things I’ve observed in past iterations of the court report is that folks whose town on the clerk of court documents stated they were from North Sioux City actually resided in Dakota Dunes. The same was also true for those who reside in the gated community of Wynstone as their town is listed as Jefferson. When possible I have made a change to reflect a more accurate community of residence.

I am still not and will not disclose specific addresses in these listings. If that is something you desperately need you will have to go to the Union County Clerk of Courts office and look up the case yourself.

It is, as Greg Lake and Keith Noel Emerson wrote, a show that never ends. And by all means, we welcome you to come inside. Or rather take a peek at those who have faced justice for their various transgressions against the laws of South Dakota and the related consequences.
